Mr. Adedeji Olatunde Adebayo is a multidisciplinary professional of uncommon depth, combining formal expertise in accounting and financial management with advanced certification in security management and risk assessment. His membership of the Governing Council enriches EPIN's financial governance capabilities and strengthens the Institute's risk and compliance oversight architecture.

He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University (2007) and subsequently attained Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). His additional professional qualifications — Certified Security Professional (CSP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) — reflect an intellectual appetite for professional excellence that spans multiple domains.

As Founder and CEO of Dejavu Security Services Limited, Mr. Adebayo has demonstrated the entrepreneurial acumen to translate professional competence into viable institutional service delivery. His core areas of expertise span financial management (budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis), security management (risk assessment, threat analysis, and security planning), auditing (internal and external), and strategic leadership.

On the Governing Council, Mr. Adebayo serves as the Zonal Councillor for North Central & FCT while concurrently serving as Director of Finance & Corporate Services — a dual mandate through which he brings rigorous accounting, auditing, and corporate governance discipline to bear in ensuring the Institute's financial soundness and strategic accountability.
